For the Laboratory for Semiconductor Physics we are looking for a motivated PhD student in the field of solid-state physics and electronics.


Semiconductor Physics Laboratory will provide scientific guidance and technical expertise needed to perform the cutting-edge research in the field of physics of solid interfaces.
